O rest beside the weary road,

For lo! the days are hastening on,
by prophet seen of old,

Background:
This is Mary’s Christmas piece for 2022. It draws on the first verse of the hymn, particularly the phrase ‘angels bending near the earth to touch their harps of gold’. I have also included the ‘cloven’ or parted skies and heavenly music flowing from the heavens and returning back in rising notes.
Printing and Sizing:
This item is 148mmX210mm (A5) and is printed on 300gsm gloss card stock. Each card is printed inside with your wording, has its title and copyright details on the back. The cards are not individually wrapped in cellophane and come with separate envelopes.
